Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products and services from Shenzhen Tenglongda Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all B2B transactions, including but not limited to OEM/ODM manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and custom electro-optical solution procurement globally across our 30+ supported countries.

02. Products & Customization (OEM/ODM)

We specialize in fully integrated electro-optical whole-machine solutions, combining PTZ systems, high-definition cameras, and precision infrared thermal imaging.

• All products are manufactured 100% in-house under ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Products comply with global mainstream certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, and other specified regional standards.
• For OEM/ODM orders, detailed technical specifications must be agreed upon in writing before mass production commences.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, designs, or materials to improve performance or comply with regulatory changes without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially affect the agreed core functionality of the security or inspection equipment.

03. Orders & Pricing

All quotations provided by our dedicated account managers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are generally quoted in USD on an EXW, FOB, or CIF basis, depending on the agreed terms. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to specific customized solutions and will be clearly communicated during the quotation phase. An order is only considered legally binding once a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued and the initial deposit is received.

04. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for B2B procurement require a T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payment to our designated corporate bank account.

• Standard Wholesale Orders: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
• Custom/ODM Orders: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment.
• Letters of Credit (L/C) may be accepted for large volume orders subject to prior approval and financial review by our management team.

05. Shipping & Delivery

We offer flexible global logistics solutions, including door-to-door delivery and DDP/DDU trade terms, fully supported by comprehensive customs clearance documentation. Estimated lead times are provided upon order confirmation and depend on product availability and customization requirements. While we strive to meet all delivery schedules to minimize your project lead times, we are not liable for delays caused by customs hold-ups, force majeure events, or third-party freight forwarders. The risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms.

06. Warranty & Returns

We stand behind the quality of our electro-optical solutions. Standard products come with a comprehensive hardware warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of shipment. We also provide long-term spare parts supply to minimize your operational downtime.

Returns are only accepted for defective items covered under warranty. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from our 24/7 technical support team prior to returning any goods.

07. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shenzhen Tenglongda Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our integrated machines. Our total aggregate liability in any event shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
